Danish telecomms operator TDC A/S (OMX Copenhagen: TDC) said on Thursday (22 May) that its Swedish subsidiary has divested its last remaining city network, Uppsala Stadsnat, to the privately-owned enterprise Internet and telephony operator IP-Only.

Uppsala Stadsnat operates a city network in Uppsala, Sweden, and has six employees.

The divestment is part of TDC's strategy to focus on its core activities.

No financial details were disclosed.

TDC, headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, is one of the Nordic region's leading telecomms operators. The group has 13,000 employees and reported revenue of DKK39.32bn in 2007.
