An exclusive framework agreement has been signed by MACH, a provider of business processes to optimise roaming profitability, with the MTN Group, a communications services provider headquartered in South Africa, to cover its operations in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
The MTN Group required a partner to help it deliver at a time when the MEA region is going through a period of consolidation.

MACH said it offers a global perspective, with expertise at a regional level, providing a range of services to prepare, supply and optimise the MTN Group throughout all stages of the roaming lifecycle.
MTN is an existing MACH client, although this agreement represents the first group agreement, and MTN Yemen is also to move to MACH as a new customer this year.
According to MTN Group, it recognises the quality of MACH's product portfolio and its reputation. It confirmed local support, knowledge and understanding of MTN's business were deciding factors in committing to a business relationship with MACH.
