Two contract agreements have been established by US communications holding company AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) with Frost National Bank (Frost), a banking institution based in San Antonio and headquartered in Texas, USA, to enable it to provide the best service possible for customers, while maintaining its commitment to operational efficiency.
AT&T said it will upgrade to high speed network services and provide integrated wireless and wireline voice services under the terms of the agreement, upgrading Frost to its Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)-based Virtual Private Network (VPN) services.

According to AT&T, the solution will allow Frost to improve the reliability and security of its data flow management, with the AT&T network providing the company with the flexibility to customise its network services to expand as needed. This will enable Frost's customers to be able continue to depend on Frost for fast, secure access to financial information.
In addition, Frost has selected AT&T's integrated wireline and wireless voice services offering and benefits from a discounted wireline-to-wireless calling rate since it is combining various services under a single contract. AT&T also provides a full suite of voice and Internet access services for Frost.
