Swedish telecomms operator Tele2 AB (OMX:TEL2 A) (OMX:TEL2 B) said on Friday (21 November) that it has completed the divestment of Tele2 Switzerland to TDC Sunrise.

The completion followed clearance from the Swiss Competition Commission, the company added.

The subsidiary was divested for approximately SEK300m in cash.
