SEDONA Corporation (OTC BB: SDNA.OB), a Customer and Member Relationship Management (CRM/MRM) solutions provider for the financial services market, reported that the Lebanon Federal Credit Union has used SEDONA's MRM technology Intarsia and CU ink's Marketing Services to achieve consistent earnings in the present economic upheaval.A CU ink, SEDONA's business partner provides marketing, statement processing and printing solutions to credit unions. CU ink performed a data analysis to determine marketing strategies that would provide a return on investment, thereafter CU ink and Lebanon FCU made a plan of action to use the Intarsia system, including its marketing campaigns, product promotions and a branch opening. Results and overall ROI are evaluated at the end of the campaign by the Credit Union.

Lebanon FCU's retention of members and acquisition of new accounts have improved after implementing the programme. It reviews the monthly campaign tracking reports which detail active campaigns besides maintaining an ongoing ROI calculation. Lebanon has made over 10,000 touch points with members through direct mail with a total deposit dollars of over USD4.2m and total loan dollars of over USD4.5m in the last nine month period.A Financial terms were not disclosed.
