Symantec Corp (Nasdaq:SYMC), an Internet security company, announced on 26 September that it has won two new corporate customers, AMN Healthcare and Media General Inc, for its Symantec Endpoint Protection and Symantec Mail Security solutions.
AMN Healthcare, a healthcare staffing provider, installed the systems during an initiative to integrate its IT systems following an acquisition. Media General, a communications company, deployed Endpoint Protection on more than 9,000 computers and laptops and also deployed Mail Security 8160 appliances to control spam.
