SuccessFactors Inc (NASDAQ:SFSF), a provider of on-demand performance and talent management software, disclosed yesterday (29 September) that SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management suite has been deployed at South Carolina's not-for-profit health resource, Palmetto Health, to increase the efficiency of HR processes.

The SuccessFactors Performance and Talent Management Suite include Performance Management, Goal Management, 360 Degree Reviews, Succession Management, Compensation Management, Learning and Development, Recruiting Management, Employee Profile and Analytics and Reporting applications. A network of information is created within the organisation with regards to employee performance, giving it visibility and enabling companies to make decisions about promotions, recruitments, compensation, reward and management of the complete employee base.

Palmetto Health has been able to make its internal business processes efficient, is able to review performances and eliminate the paper-based system to an efficient business process with complete compliance, saving employees and hospital workers time. Palmetto is provided with feedback from different sources for realistic assessments of employee competencies and development needs.
