Pay88 Inc (OTCBB:PAYI.OB), a seller of prepaid multi player online game cards, revealed on 3 September the successful initial testing of seven new online multiplayer games for Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd (Nasdaq:SNDA), in the market of Chongqing, a growing municipal economy with a population over 31m in China.

The company has an exclusive licensing agreement with Shanda Interactive Entertainment, to distribute online game time and more than 20 game cards in Chongqing, based in Shanghai. This has contributed to increased revenue for Pay88, which has captured 80% of the Chongqing online multiplayer game market, distributing online game time and cards for major game operators including Shanda.

As per the initial results, players spent 40% of their playing time on the new Shanda games, besides sales of all Shanda games increased by 50%, when the new games became part of the company's total package of games.
