Web security solutions provider Finjan Inc announced on Wednesday (21 January) the appointment of Dennis P. Wolf as its executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer.
According to the company, Wolf has over 25 years of experience managing finance and operations for high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Finjan, he served as executive vice-president and CFO at MySQL Inc. He also served in various co-CEO, CFO and COO positions at several public companies including Redback Networks, Credence Systems, Centigram Communications and Omnicell.

Wolf will be based at the company's headquarters in San Jose, California, USA, and will be reporting to Finjan's CEO John Vigouroux.
