The Hartford Building Welcomes Stanley Associates; New Headquarters for Federal Contractor

WASHINGTON -- The Multi-Employer Property Trust and Akridge are pleased to announce that Stanley Associates, Inc. (Stanley), a U.S. government contractor, has selected The Hartford in Arlington, Virginia as its new headquarters. The 39-year-old, employee-owned information technology company signed a ten-year lease for 45,000 square feet at 3101 Wilson Boulevard in the Clarendon area of Arlington. This summer Stanley will move from Alexandria to occupy the entire seventh floor and a majority of the sixth floor in the new 212,000 square foot, Class A office building. Westy Kent of Kent Commercial represented Stanley. Representing the landlord, the Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT), are P. Brian Connolly and Andrew J. Eichberg of Akridge. MEPT is a five billion dollar commingled fund owned by 250 pension funds.
