Country World Casinos Inc. gains extension of defaulted mortgage payment as four directors resign

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 1994--Country World Casinos Inc. (Bulletin Board: CWRC) announced the resignation of four of its directors.
The lone remaining director, Jim Nation, stated, "The combination of the resignations and the mortgage payment extension until Dec. 19, 1994, positions the company to begin the next phase of the Black Hawk casino construction."
A company spokesman also said Country World will shortly announce a slate of directors along with the receipt of interim financing which will bring the company current in all of its financial obligations.
