NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 14, 1994--The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. would like to clarify the titles for Alan C. Greenberg and James E. Cayne. Mr. Greenberg is Chairman of the Board. James E. Cayne was elected to the office of Chief Executive Officer in July of 1993 in addition to his position as President of the Company.
