NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1994--Irvine Apartment Communities Inc. (NYSE:IAC) Wednesday said that, based on its current knowledge of the situation, the recently announced bankruptcy filing of the County of Orange will have no significant impact on the company or its active development projects.
Irvine Apartment Communities is an Orange County, Calif.-based real estate investment trust that currently owns 43 apartment communities representing more than 11,300 rental units. All of the company's properties are located on the Irvine Ranch, the nation's largest master-planned community.
