LIVE Entertainment Inc. announces completion of purchase of 400,000 shares of Series B preferred stock

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1994--LIVE Entertainment Inc. (OTC:LVEB) Friday announced that on Dec. 9, 1994, it completed a program of open market purchases of 400,000 shares of its Series B preferred stock (SmCap:LVE BP).
The stock purchase program was announced by LIVE on Oct. 17, 1994. In the future, subject to the availability of funds and the prior approval of its board of directors and its lenders, LIVE may acquire additional shares of its Series B preferred stock through open market purchases from time to time.
LIVE Entertainment, with headquarters in Los Angeles, is a diversified entertainment company and software supplier specializing in the marketing and distribution of filmed entertainment, with its primary focus on motion pictures.
