Marcam Announces International Business Partner Agreement With Ibm

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nov. 16, 1994-- Marcam Corporation (NASDAQ:MCAM) today announced that it has signed an International Business Partner Agreement (IBPA) with IBM Corporation of Armonk, New York. This agreement enhances the Marcam and IBM relationship by expanding the joint solution delivery of products and services on a worldwide level. Response to multinational customer requirements will be significantly enhanced as a result of this agreement.
Marcams thirteen-year relationship with IBM continues to be strengthened with the signing of this international partnership agreement. This agreement provides a more uniform partnering capability that allows both Marcam and IBM to better service our mutual customers, stated David Thomas, General Manager, AS/400 Division.
Marcam has been a long-standing partner of IBM, and with this agreement, we now take our international relationship and joint marketing capability to another level.
