International Billing Services names Doug Drakeley strategic account director

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 24, 1995--Frank Delfer, president and general manager of International Billing Services (IBS), a business unit of U.S. Computer Services, has announced the appointment of Doug Drakeley as IBS strategic account director.
In his new role, Drakeley will be responsible for directing the ongoing relationship with major accounts to improve customer satisfaction and grow revenues. Drakeley will report to IBS vice president Elisa Bernt.
"Doug's background in market research and his technical knowledge enable him to implicitly understand and expertly address our customers' needs," said Delfer in announcing the appointment. "We are looking forward to having him as part of the IBS team."
Drakeley joined U.S. Computer Services in 1989 as a software analyst for the CableData division of U.S. Computer Services. He was promoted to manager, business planning in 1990. Most recently, he held the position of director of market research at U.S. Computer Services. Drakeley also served in the U.S. Army as an electronic and signals intelligence officer.
Drakeley earned a master of science degree in business administration from Boston University and a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of California, Davis. He has been honored for outstanding performance and achievement in both his professional and military careers.
