Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company announces CIA Medianetwork and Initiative Media as new European advertising/media agencies

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 24, 1995--Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company has retained CIA Medianetwork and Initiative Media for all European media planning and buying, announced Lynne Bonson, International Vice President, overseeing the company's European efforts. All strategic advertising direction will remain in-house.
Based in Paris, Initiative Media will be responsible for all European television planning and buying for Calvin Klein Cosmetics fragrance brands. While the London based CIA Medianetwork International will be responsible for the European planning and buying of print, outdoor, cinema and radio advertising.
Both agencies will report to Lynne Bonson and assume their new roles on Jan. 1, 1996.
Calvin Klein Cosmetic Company, the New York based manufacturer of Calvin Klein fragrances, including OBSESSION, OBSESSION for men, ETERNITY, ETERNITY for men, ESCAPE, ESCAPE for men, and cK one(TM), is a unit of Unilever United States Inc., the Anglo-Dutch Group's holding company for its businesses in the United States.
