MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 1995--FONAR Corporation (symbol FONR), a leading manufacturer of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems, and holder of the world's first MRI patent, held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 3, 1995 in New Castle, Delaware. The Company reported that all of its proposals passed.
JURY SELECTION COMPLETED; TRIAL TO BEGIN ON APRIL 17, 1995
FONAR Corporation reported that Jury selection was completed on April 4th for their patent infringement case vs GE and Hitachi, Ltd. Opening arguments are to commence on Monday, April 17, 1995. The case will be tried in Federal Court, Eastern District of New York. Fonar is seeking damages for infringement of its MRI patents.
