Trans Financial Mortgage Company begins full operation

TULLAHOMA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1995--Trans Financial Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:TRFI) announced today that it has consolidated all of it's mortgage assets into Trans Financial Mortgage Company, a wholly owned subsidiary.

The mortgage company now begins full operation in the Tullahoma office located at 315 N. Atlantic Street.

The company is responsible for all one-to-four family mortgage servicing and secondary marketing activities within the Trans Financial system. Trans Financial's servicing portfolio has now reached $1.5 billion consisting of more than 29,000 loans. Servicing is provided for FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, THDA, and 25 private investors.
