KODAK IMPLEMENTS A MAJOR LONG TERM SOFTWARE LICENSE WITH CA DATABASE AND SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS; Multi-Year Enterprise Agreement To Provide Flexibility In Data Center Operations

ISLANDIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 1, 1995--Computer Associates International, Inc. today announced that Eastman Kodak Company has signed a multi-year licensing agreement that provides CA database and systems management solutions throughout North and South America.
The agreement gives Kodak and ISSC, its operations services provider, broad and flexible use of CA software in the operation of its data centers, allowing Kodak to reduce costs and meet its current operational needs. Additionally, it provides future flexibility for consolidations or workload migrations and growth.
