Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc. rescinds Reg S: arranges alternative financing

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 1995--Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc. (OTC Electronic Bulletin Board:IMDS) IDSI has rescinded its share offering pursuant to Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Reg S allows a US company to raise capital by selling shares of stock outside the US to non-US persons.
IDSI has secured alternative financing, and believes a Reg S offering is no longer in its or its shareholders best interests.
The CTLM(tm) breast imaging system uses ultrafast laser pulses in place of x-rays, requires no breast compression or discomfort and produced cross-sectional images similar to conventional CT scanners.
