Today's Environment to feature John Paul Mitchell Systems on upcoming program

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 1995--Five Star Productions announced Wednesday that John Paul Mitchell Systems is scheduled to appear on its highly acclaimed national television series, Today's Environment.

This series of weekly half-hour programs is produced in a magazine style format and provides a comprehensive look at new technology that affects our environment in a positive way. The show is hosted by Ed Begley Jr., one of the most environmentally conscientious actors in Hollywood. Plus television personality Cory James, a cornerstone to the environmentally conscience world.

John Paul Mitchell Systems stands out as a leading contributor to many environmentally sensitive causes. Ten percent of the profits from its Super Clean Spray goes to the "FRIENDS OF ELK RIVER" who fight clear cutting of one of the nation's only rain forest. Other grants subsidize the "BIG MOUNTAIN WEAVING PROJECT," "THE BILL OF RIGHTS FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS," and the "SAFE HAVEN" house for socioeconomically disadvantaged youth in Los Angeles.
