Penn Octane Corp. accepted for trading on NASDAQ Stock Market

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 1995--Penn Octane Corp. (NASDAQ:POCC), a Redwood City-based company which operates a liquified petroleum gas (LPG) pipeline in south Texas and a LPG terminal in the Port of Brownsville, Texas, announced today that its common stock has been accepted for trading on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol POCC beginning on Monday, Dec. 4.

Penn Octane currently trades on the Electronic Bulletin Board under the symbol POCC.

In addition to its core business and operations, Penn Octane intends to significantly expand its business and operations through the merger with or the acquisition of complementary companies in the United States and, possibly, abroad.
