INTEK Diversified Corp.-Sale of shares by Anglo York Industries Ltd

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 1995--Anglo York Industries(NASDAQ:IDCC) As further clarification to the Form 144 filing, it is Anglo York Industries Limited ("Anglo York") intention to sell not more than 88,000 shares of INTEK Diversified Corporation ("INTEK") over the next ninety-days to fulfill some working capital obligations and there is no current intent to dispose of it's total holdings of 1,049,000 INTEK shares.
Anglo York is a significant shareholder of INTEK and a long term investor. The shares to be sold are in accordance with Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933. Under Rule 144, no more than 1 percent of a company's issued capital can be sold in any ninety day period. All of Anglo York's holdings fall under Rule 144. INTEK has approximately 9.6 million shares outstanding.
