IVN Communications, Inc. Announces Agreement with Worldview Systems Corporation to Participate in its Travelocity Electronic Travel Service

SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 1995--IVN Communications, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of Emmy award winning non-fiction entertainment, announces its partnership with Worldview Systems Corporation to make its recognized video programming and visual assets from around the world available for display and purchase within Travelocity, a soon-to-be-launched online travel service from Worldview Systems and SABRE Interactive.
In addition to offering its award winning videos for sale to Travelocity users, IVN will custom produce video clips and provide over 1500 still images for display throughout the service.
Slated for launch in March 1996, Travelocity is a fully integrated package which will allow consumers to access, from the Internet and established commercial online services, an extensive grouping of recognized travel suppliers. It will be powered by SABRE Interactive's easySABRE computer reservation system and Worldview s online travel and entertainment database of events and attractions around the world.
