International strategic alliance agreement teams KPMG with Computron Software; Computron products showcased at opening of KPMG's Advanced Business Technology Center and will be used to provide client/server solutions to customers internationally

RUTHERFORD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 1995--Computron Software Inc. announced today that it has entered into an international alliance with professional services firm KPMG, Canada, through which the two companies will provide customers with high-end, seamless solutions for a wide range of client/server-based software applications.
Under the agreement, Computron and KPMG will collaborate in the areas of product planning, account management and joint marketing to offer a three-tiered structure that will enable clients to manage critical business processes and the flow of information throughout their entire enterprises. Computron and KPMG are already beginning work on a major installation at the City of Surrey in British Columbia.

Fleming noted that the entire Computron product line was featured as part of the opening of KPMG's new Advanced Business Technology Center in Vancouver, on September 27.
