CXR Corp. engages BDO Seidman as auditor to succeed Deloitte & Touche

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 1995--CXR Corp. (AMEX:CXR) ("CXR") announced that it formally engaged BDO Seidman as its principal accountant to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 1994.
BDO Seidman succeeds Deloitte & Touche as CXR's principal accountant. Deloitte & Touche resigned as CXR's principal accountant on Dec. 22, 1994. There were no disagreements between CXR and Deloitte & Touche on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedure.
