BROOKLYN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 21, 1995--Polymer Research Corp. of America (NASDAQ:PROA) today reported that its board of directors had approved a 10% stock dividend payable on March 20, 1995 to shareholders of record on March 6, 1995.
Polymer Research Corp. of America is engaged primarily in research in the area of chemical grafting on a contract basis for a wide range of manufacturing and other companies.
