Accustaff Continues Expansion Westward

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 10, 1995--AccuStaff Incorporated (Nasdaq/NM:ASTF) a Jacksonville-based temporary staffing and outsourcing company, today announced that it has acquired ASOSA Personnel which is based in Tucson, Arizona.

The transaction was effective January 2, 1995. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ASOSA, with full-service offices in Tucson, Phoenix, and Tempe, Arizona, has annual revenues of approximately $13 million. ASOSA, one of INC. magazine's 500 fastest growing privately held companies, was founded in 1964 and provides specialized temporary staffing services, recruiting, retained search, outplacement, testing and consulting services to major corporate and municipal clients. The broad range of specialties include financial services, data and word processing, office support, sales and marketing, and technical and engineering. In addition to the U.S. operations, ASOSA provides administrative and office support staffing to U.S. companies doing business in Mexico as well as recruiting services to Mexican companies.
