Virgin Atlantic rings in the New Year with $169 one way fare to London from Los Angeles and San Francisco

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 1995--Virgin Atlantic Airways is celebrating the New Year with a $169 one-way fare to London from its Los Angeles and San Francisco gateways.
Virgin Atlantic's Los Angeles and San Francisco-to-London seat sale will take place three days only, from 8:00 a.m. (PST) on January 12th to 8:30 p.m. (PST) on January 14, 1995.
The $169 one way fare is valid to and from San Francisco on Wednesdays and Thursdays while the fare for travel on Friday through Monday is $189 each way. The Los Angeles to London fare of $169 is valid for travel on Tuesday and Wednesdays and is $189 on Thursday through Monday. Travel must begin between January 15 and March 31, 1995 from San Francisco and between January 17 and March 31, 1995 from Los Angeles. All travel must be completed by April 6, 1995. Tickets must be purchased at the time of reservation and are non-refundable and non-changeable.
