Security National Financial Corp. announces stock dividend

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 1995--The Board of Directors of Security National Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:SNFCA) announced that it has declared a stock dividend of five percent payable to its shareholders of record on all Class A and Class C Common Stock as of Dec. 22, 1994.
Delivery of stock certificates representing the stock dividends shall be made no later than Feb. 14, 1995.
