MARKHAM, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 1995--TUNDRA ENVIRONMENTAL (Alberta Stock Exchange: TUN) Tundra Environmental Corporation Limited (TUNDRA) (ASE: TUN) is pleased to announce that the merger discussions between Tundra and Envirometrics Inc. (NASDAQ: EVRM) of Charleston, South Carolina, as outlined in a press release dated March 27, 1995, have been extended to August 24, 1995 by mutual agreement.
The extension will allow for the performance of due diligence and the finalization of details related to the transaction before proceeding to obtain the required Board, shareholder and regulatory approvals. -0-
