Mylex Announces Agreement With Fujitsu Limited

FREMONT, Calif--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JULY 12, 1995--MYLEX CORPORATION (NASDAQ-NM SYMBOL: MYLX) today announced that its PCI RAID controller products have been selected by Fujitsu Limited for incorporation into Fujitsu's server product line. Fujitsu will incorporate Mylex's DAC960 PCI RAID controller products into its FM server product line under a long-term OEM agreement. Delivery under this agreement began in June 1995.

Al Montross, President and CEO of Mylex, stated that "due to special arrangements for the agreement, Mylex has been able to meet Fujitsu's needs on an accelerated basis to enable them to bring the FM servers with RAID to market within their schedule.
