Boca Research announces second quarter 1995 results

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1995--Boca Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOCI) today announced that sales for its second quarter ended June 30, 1995, were $33,196,000, a 73.8% increase over sales of $19,104,000 for the comparable quarter in 1994. For the six months ended June 30, 1995, sales increased 51.9% to $60,465,000 from $39,802,000 for the comparable period in 1994.

Net income for the second quarter of 1995 was $2,183,000 or $.25 per share, an 85.9% increase over net income for the same quarter in 1994 of $1,174,000 or $.14 per share. -0-
