Jerry Baker, Oracle VP, joins board of directors of Software Artistry

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 1995--Jerry Baker of Redwood Shores, Calif., senior vice president of the product and platform technologies division of Oracle Corporation, has joined the board of directors of Software Artistry, Inc.
Based in Indianapolis, Ind., Software Artistry specializes in technologically advanced software applications for call management and problem resolution in customer service and support operations. It is recognized as a leader in providing strategic, automated support solutions for large and medium-sized organizations in a wide range of industries.

He has also been responsible for technology and marketing relationships with strategic hardware and software vendors and frequently represents Oracle at financial analyst conferences and industry events. He was previously with IBM.
