SBS ENGINEERING, INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF CORPORATE NAME TO SBS TECHNOLOGIES, INC.; Nasdaq Trading Symbol Remains "SBSE"

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1995--SBS Engineering, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBSE) today announced the change of the company's corporate name from "SBS Engineering, Inc." to "SBS Technologies, Inc." The company's trading symbol will remain SBSE on the Nasdaq National Market System.
Dr. Andrew C. Cruce, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Our new name, `SBS Technologies, Inc.', reflects our successful exit from the flight simulator market and our new business focus as a rapidly growing designer and producer of high end computer products and systems for the industrial market."
