Wismer Martin announces filing of registration statement with SEC; $2.5 million stock offering moves ahead with SEC filing

SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 1995--Wismer Martin (NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board:WSMM) announced that on Monday, June 12, 1995, it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the public offering of 2 million shares of its common stock.

Wismer Martin develops, markets, installs and supports information systems which automate physician practices, hospitals and managed care organizations. One million shares will be offered by the company to the public at an estimated per-share price of $1.25. One million shares will also be offered by the company to the holders of its convertible subordinated debentures at a conversion price of $1.25. The offering will commence promptly following the effective date for the registration statement, anticipated to be within the next 45 days. The company has not engaged the services of an underwriter.
