Jacobs Announces Crss Constructors Is Providing Construction Services To General Services Administration

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 1995--Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE:JEC) announced today that CRSS Constructors, Inc., a Jacobs subsidiary, is providing construction management services to General Services Administration (GSA) for a U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building in Portland, Oregon.

The project value is $107 million with construction scheduled for completion in 1997.

CRSS is providing design and construction phase construction management services on this new 565,308-square-foot, 16-story courthouse which will house U.S. Courts and related agencies. The building also contains a two-level, below grade, parking facility for 197 spaces. The project occupies one city block in downtown Portland.

In making the announcement, CRSS President Scott Cram stated, "We have provided construction management services to the GSA on new facilities and renovations of courthouses and federal buildings throughout the U.S., including San Diego, Chicago, St. Louis, Denver and Baltimore. We are pleased to have this opportunity to continue our long-standing relationship with GSA."
