Runyan joins J.C. Bradford & Co. asdirector of portfolio strategies

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 1995--Sally A. Runyan has joined J.C. Bradford & Co. as a portfolio strategist in the firm's Institutional Taxable Fixed Income Department.

Runyan, a senior vice president, is responsible for analyzing portfolios and developing investment strategies for the investment firm's institutional clients, which include financial institutions and money managers.

Before joining Bradford, Runyan was with Morgan Keegan & Company Inc. for 12 years as a vice president in the Fixed Income Research Department. Her responsibilities at Morgan Keegan were to analyze and prepare written research on the various fixed income products, with a concentration in mortgage backed securities, collateralized mortgage backed securities, Small Business Administration Securities and government securities.

Runyan received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from Memphis State University, now the University of Memphis, in 1982. In addition, she has earned designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst and has passed the General Securities Representatives Exam, the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam and the Supervisory Analyst Exam.

Runyan has had numerous research reports published or summarized in such trade magazines as "Credit Union News," "Financial Managers Society," "Inc.," "National Mortgage News," "Mortgage Backed Securities Letter," the Alabama League of Savings Institution's "The Observer," Financial Publishing Company's "Mortgage Securities Forum" and "Credit Union Management."
