HAYWARD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 1995--Cholestech Corporation (NASDAQ: CTEC) announced today that Richard H. Janney has been appointed Vice-President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Janney has been with Cholestech since 1992, initially serving as Controller. Prior to joining Cholestech, he spent eight years with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Janney received a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and is a certified public accountant.
