INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1995--Software Artistry Inc. (NASDAQ: SWRT) announced today an initial public offering of 1,885,000 shares of its Common Stock (1,350,000 offered by the company and 535,000 shares offered by selling shareholders) at a price of $14.00 per share.
The offering is being made by an underwriting group managed by Robertson, Stephens & Company, L.P. and Cowen & Company.
Software Artistry Inc. develops, markets, and supports a family of internal and external customer support software products. The company's primary product, Expert Advisor, is a complete problem management system that incorporates multiple diagnostic techniques to access a single solutions database to resolve customer problems.
