Decision Support Systems, Andersen Consulting announce partnership; companies will provide software development, support, installation and interface services for hospitals

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 1995--Decision Support Systems of Charlotte, N.C., and Chicago-based Andersen Consulting have announced a partnership to provide continuing development and support of PathPlan 2000, a software package created by Decision Support Systems.
PathPlan 2000 is a tool that assists hospitals in automating clinical paths. Ongoing development and support of PathPlan 2000 will be coordinated through Andersen Consulting's Health Strategy Center in Dallas.

Decision Support Systems is a consulting and software company which supports the development, implementation and automation of clinical path methodologies in healthcare institutions.
Andersen Consulting is the leading integrator of health systems in the world. In addition to development and support services, Andersen Consulting will provide installation assistance and interface services to PathPlan 2000 customers.
