Aqua Care Systems Inc. announces election of William M. Mackey as chairman and CEO

HOLLYWOOD, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 1995--Aqua Care Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:AQCR) announced effective immediately the board of directors elected William K. Mackey, chairman and CEO.
On May 26 the board of directors accepted the resignation of its Chairman and CEO, R. Brian Fifer. Fifer tendered his resignation to pursue other interests.
Mackey has been a director of Aqua Care since 1993, providing financial market relations.
