Moviefone Reprices Certain Employee Stock Options

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 1995--MovieFone, Inc. (Nasdaq-NM Symbol: MOFN) today announced a repricing for certain employee stock options. In the aggregate 372,408 stock options granted to employees during 1994 were re-priced from prices ranging from $6.00 to $7.67 per share to $3.19 per share, today's closing price on the NASDAQ National Market.
