Business Wire, May 9, 1995
ISLANDIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 9, 1995--Computer Associates and Computer Sciences Corporation today announced a landmark 10-year software license agreement under which CSC will standardize on CA products in its outsourcing throughout the world to better manage the costs and quality of services to clients. CSC will also make CA software available for use throughout its other business groups.
The license--one of the largest in CA's history--gives CSC unprecedented flexibility to use a broad range of software for both its own processing and use by current and future clients worldwide. It also reduces CSC's software costs and dependency on other software vendors.
