Medalliance Files Articles Of Dissolution; Stock Ceases Trading On Nasdaq

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 18, 1995--MedAlliance, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:MDAL) announced today that it is filing Articles of Dissolution with the Tennessee Secretary of State, in accordance with the plan recently approved by shareholders for the complete liquidation and dissolution of the Company.
MedAlliance, whose stock has been traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market's National Market under the symbol "MDAL" since October 1992, has ceased trading and closed its stock transfer records effective with the close of business on November 10, 1995. This action will provide for the liquidation process to begin with the initial distributions of cash assets to shareholders anticipated to occur during January 1996.
