Technology Research Corp. announces international agreement

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 1995--Raymond H. Legatti, president of Technology Research Corp. (TRC) (NASDAQ:TRCI), Monday announced the signing of an agreement between Technology Research Corp. and Smith Timeguard, a division of Smith Industries, a UK company.
The agreement appoints Smith Timeguard to act as a distributor for certain TRC Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) products in the UK. Timeguard will incorporate TRC products into a product range they will introduce in the UK market as well as sell to other UK companies.
Legatti further stated that it is expected the revenues to TRC as a result of this agreement will amount to approximately $1 million over the next three years, starting early 1996.
Technology Research Corp., a Florida based corporation, is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of electronic control and measurement devices related to the distribution of electrical power and specializes in electrical safety products that protect against shock and electrocution.
