Fraser/Young creates holiday ad campaign for Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 1995--With Thanksgiving just around the corner and the hectic Christmas holiday season right behind it, Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel is unveiling a new, seasonal advertising and marketing campaign targeted for upscale residents who need accommodations for visiting family and friends during the holidays.

Created by Fraser/Young, Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel's advertising agency of record, the fully integrated campaign, ``Your Guest House for the Holidays,'' targets affluent families with radio and newspaper advertising and a fun-filled calendar of special events.

From Thanksgiving week through the New Year, Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel will celebrate the spirit of the season with a variety of holiday activities and culinary delights created for the enjoyment of the entire family.

The five-story glass atrium lobby will feature a festive 20-foot tree and a magical Gingerbread Village that are guaranteed to awaken the child in us all.

Special events include a tree-lighting ceremony, children's choirs, stories with Santa, holiday legends, a Chanukah candle- lighting ceremony and ``Shop Til You Drop'' weekends, with child care provided at the Loews Splash Club.
