Adobe Systems and Grass Valley Sign Bundle Deal; Adobe Photoshop 3.0, Adobe After Effects and Adobe TextureMaker Now Bundled with Grass Valley's VideoDesktop Personal Production Suite

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 1995--Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq: ADBE) and Grass Valley today announced an agreement that allows Grass Valley to bundle Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Adobe TextureMaker, all for the Apple Macintosh platform, with each VideoDesktop Personal Production Suite.

When purchased individually, the value of the Adobe software totals more than $3,700.

Grass Valley's VideoDesktop Personal Production Suite is a professional video workstation, providing video professionals with all the components needed to create programs from start to finish on a single system. The complete system includes an Apple Power Macintosh 8100/100, a 20-inch color monitor and a 17.4-gigabyte hard disk array for $49,900, including the suite of Adobe software products. The system is also available with an 18-gigabyte removable hard disk array, in lieu of the 17.4-gigabyte array, for $52,900.
