Boston Restaurant Associates, Inc. announces expansion of Polcari's North End in Saugus, Mass

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 1995--George R. Chapdelaine, chief executive officer of Boston Restaurant Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRAI, BRAIW) (BSE: BNR, BNRW) announced today that a separate lounge will be added to Polcari's North End restaurant in Saugus, Massachusetts.
This new lounge will have a 50's motif and will seek to enhance the concept. In addition to providing a waiting area, it will offer finger food and a selection of microbrew beers. The new lounge is scheduled to open in late December.
George Chapdelaine, Chief Executive Officer of BOSTON RESTAURANT ASSOCIATES, INC., commented, "We are experiencing long waits on the weekend and want to provide an environment where our guests can be comfortable while waiting to dine."
BOSTON RESTAURANT ASSOCIATES, INC. owns and operates eight pizzerias under the name Pizzeria Regina and two Italian restaurants named Bel Canto and Polcari's North End. The restaurants are located in the Boston area.
